[Tp-sv] aide translation review and license issue

Hi,

please consider reviewing the debconf templates for the aide package.

I would appreciate if you could send a new translation file which is
explicitly "distributed under the same license as the aide package".
Sadly, the current translation does not contain a license statement at
all. The actual templates haven't changed for a decade, so you can take
the package from unstable for the English version.

Please send the updated translation to aide at packages.debian.org. Your
help is appreciated!
