[Tp-sv] Release planning for manpages-l10n

Hello Sebastian,
hello Göran,
to enable the scheduling of your translation contribution, I would
like to inform you that we intend to make the next release around Jan
14th (± a day our two).

Mario will make another upstream release about a week earlier, which
will bring in manpages 6.02 (and possibly other updates).

This might be the last release entering Debian bookworm (however, as
usual, I will provide backports).

If you need any help working on the swedish translation, do not
hesitate to contact me (or Mario).
