Tux Paint Swedish - Deadline August 9

Hi Henrik, the deadline has now been set to August 9 for translation updates

I have attached the config file and the website file. The config file is the most important one with regards to the deadline.

 Holst, there is no deadline for the website yet, as it runs
 separate from the program release.
 (and a
 few things is going to be changed on the website, then we
 see the new release).
 but still it is a good
 idea, to keep it "up to date", to decrease the
 work needed later on.

 a long time ago, the Swedish website was updated.
  Perhaps you could take a look at that file.
