Ah, thanks! I'll remove the "<" and submit an update righat away. The
update also includes a handful of additional updated messages.

The quotes should not be a problem, it's the "RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION
MARK", U+201D, not "QUOTATION MARK". U+0022. (In Swedish we use the
same quotation mark, the right leaning, both before and after the
quoted sequence. It is interesting how many different ways to quote
there are just looking at the closest languages.)
