[Tp-sv] Please update Vim translations

Dear translators,

I know I planned it earlier, but I think we are coming closer to the Vim 
9.1 release, which should happen very early at the beginning of next 
year.

So please consider updating translation files, to make sure Vim users 
can use it in the language of their choice.

I know how much work it is to maintain translations, so a very much 
appreciate your contributions!
