[Tp-sv] Översättning av Fedoras nya hemsida

Hey!

I did mean to include them as i talked to them in the Matrix room

but i was too lazy to translate all Swedish text sorry

but was mostly a status thing, that someone else needs to help me

if something changes tomorrow afternoon for the Fedora 43 release
as i will be at Karolinska Hospital for trans woman stuff (blood tests
to check hormones and stuff) and can't help out tomorrow) so someone
else need to take care of it this time

if not i can do it one days afterwards on Wednesday afternoon after
the release when i have less personal important stuff i have to deal
with first
